Great fabrics, not so great machine service

If you are looking for quality fabrics this is the place to go. If you are looking to have your machine repaired look elsewhere. I had 2 machines brought in for service. One a regular sewing machine, the other a $3000 pfaff embroidery/sewing machine. The sewing machine seems okay after I brought it in, nothing better or worse. The pfaff is doing 100% worse. I haven't even been able to use it...

I wish it was a better place. Prices are high, sales are high pressure, and returns are impossible. I would go somewhere else.

In addition to having a wonderful selection of fabric and classes, this is the most friendly and helpful fabric store I have visited. I highly recomend this store for anyone who is a vetran or new sewer for both materials and expertise.
