I stayed in this complex in '98/99. I sublet a room in apt. L7. Does anyone know the legend about what happened in apt. L7? It was a ----ed up room and I'd like to know more about that apartment's history. Thanks, Carlos

My water heater has broken 6 times in the past two months. I have needed a new water heater this whole time but have yet to recieve one. I call the front office to put in a work request but the maintanance guys told me they were not made aware of any problems. WORST front desk service. Expect miscommunications and wasted time if something is broken. Awfule management. My best advice: LIVE....

these people took my deposit after saying my room was perfect. aparently they did not recieve a written statment of the date i was leaving even though we did and they "lost" it. THE DATE WAS IN THE CONTRACT. what morons. this proves that there is no way to keep your deposit so good luck. oh and i also got towed out of my own parking lot! who paid for it? ME

good price, the management pays for cable and internet which is nice. very close to school. parking starts to be an issue toward the end of the semester and they half-heartedly try to take care of it. nothing fancy, good college apartment.
