Poor quality glasses and poor service. I purchased a pair of glasses several months ago, and the coating ruin automatically which definitely is a quality problem. But they say they can't do anything for me because I didn't purchased their protection plan. I have been wearing glasses for more than 25 years, this is the only one I complaim the quality.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, I dropped in and was quickly helped with replacing my sunglass lenses. No upsale, no hype and they were ready when promised. I can't say enough about the entire short but sweet experience!
