The carpet was stained before we moved in. We told them. They cut out the dining room and put in what looks like used carpet. The door to the master bedroom's bathroom was broken. They replaced it with a door that looks like they dragged it through the parking lot. The handles have fallen off of the refrigerator and the oven. For the most part the community is well kept. There are maintenance issue that will arise from time to time due to it being and older community. They will send maintenance within a reasonable amount of time. Be aware that some of the units do have roaches! You get what you pay for with this property.
