Contractor was not proactive in communication on delays- no show, even in extended window. No return call.. Used my whole day, expected me to reschedule and use another day. Totally unprofessional.

My service experience appears to be a scam. I had a leaky Moen faucet. The plumber came and said I have a leaky faucet and that since it is one piece the only thing to do is replace it. He offered to sell me another Moen faucet for $500+. I asked him to wait 5 minutes while I looked at the reviews for his replacement, Moen 67315C, it costed $135 on Amazon with 2 out of 5 stars. First problem...

Find another plumber. This company doesn't return phone calls for matters as simple as an eta on an ordered part. Not acceptable in the business world
