I have only lived here for 3 months and have had issues with our upstairs neighbors and other neighbors in the same building. The walls are incredibly thin, does not include a microwave, and office staff is the most terrible staff I've ever dealt with. The property is not well kept. There is trash everywhere. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I have lived in many apartments over the years. this is by far the worst apartment complex ever. The office staff is a joke, they are nice to you until they get a signed lease and then they could care less about any problems you may have. If you do choose to move here, take before and after photos otherwise they will claim your apartment had problems it didn't and then charge you and arm & leg...

I called a few different apartment complexes in South Jordan and Riverton. In talking on the phone the office staff was always nice. My wife and I went to check out the apartment complexes and this is the one we liked the most with first impression. The people we talked to were all really friendly and willing to help.
