My wife and I have been with Legacy since it was Colwich bank. We started banking with them in ‘96, it was nice to be with a back that tries to remember who their customers are

My mom worked for First National Bank or Pratt for several years. She died last August when the bank was in transition to Be bought by Legacy Bank. They clearly know she is deceased but keep sending a bill in her name for her safety deposit box. The bank employees delivered all of her personal belongings to her house after she died, but she is still getting a bill in her name for her safety...

This is the absolute best bank I have ever dealt with in my life. The people that own it, the people that run it and everyone that works for Legacy Bank is top notch. Their customer service is unparalleled. Even when I move to another state I will continue to bank with them.
