These people are total con artist , I have lived in Southlake 22 years, and have used them for conveniece, They caharged me 400.00 no parts- Did NOT fix anything cussed me, and told me to call charles wear atty for more info e [email protected]

Received an incorrect diagnosis of my AC system from this company. They replaced a part but the unit still did not work properly. Phone customer service was horrible and was unable to resolve matter with them. Rude manager onsite.

Like others my experience with this firm was beyond awful. Make sure you know what you are getting by validating with a second opinion. To quote their service manager "we don't fix problems, we install parts".
