I took my son to Dr. Verdi for two years. He was outstanding - knowledgable, personable, and conservative with my son's eyesight! I' Amazed!!! I've gone to a couple of eye doctors before, but I have never had a doctor take so much time with me and explain in detail my problems ( and give me options for a solution). The staff was friendly and the technicians very knowledgable. I would not only reccomend Dr. Verdi to anyone who reads this, I HAVE reccommended him to my friends and family.

This office did not take the time to listen to my concerns. They were more worried about getting me in and out as quickly as possible. The office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. This office wrote the wrong script for my prescription lens (not surprising as the exam was performed by a technician and took less than 3 minutes), and refused to take responsibility for the error! They even failed to do the least and simply apologize on two separate occasions! I would not recommend that anyone go to this location if they have any choice.

I had an unexpected eye problem (who expects one, though??) this morning and, out of the blue, called the office in hopes of getting an appt. They told me to come in on the spot--how often does that happen these days?! The staff was great and very professional. The doctor was very friendly and explained the problem clearly. I highly recommend this office.
