I toured this facility and from the very first step in this facility I got excellent customer service. I got an excellent "homey" feel with the staff being so friendly. Upon admission the team greeted us at the hospital and then again upon admission into the rehab facility. My grandmother was in there for therapy on a knee that she had replaced. She was there for a day and no one came to change her bandages that she had from when she was transported there from the hospital, until the doctor came in and raised cane about it.
