First, I have to say I have been a customer of Lebanese Taverna for about 25 years. I have been to a lot of their locations: Conn. Ave., Bethesda, Rockville, Annapolis, Arlington, and Silver Spring. Silver Spring used to be one of our regular stops....But they moved to a new location a block away. And it looks like a new (and totally incompetent) staff.

Inexpensive food, good service, very tasty, good value

After working all morning on cleaning out a house for sale, our troupe headed over here for a bite of lunch. My daughter had the chicken shawarma salad. My wife had the grilled chicken platter, with rice. I had a pita pocket with Lebanese fries....All was very good. Prices are very reasonable
