My Guadalajra offers a varied menu of very good Mexican fare and drinks. My wife had a chicken enchilada while I opted for a vegetarian dish comprised of a chalupa, cheese enchilada, and refried beans. Since it was happy hour, I also ordered a 16-ounce margarita. Everything was tasty and hot (except for the frozen margarita, which was very good)....

Americanized Mexican. We went to My Guadalajara for lunch. The service was good, other than the waiter bringing me the wrong drink. The place is clean, decent food, big menu and really good value. They have a very nice outside deck but it didn't look to be covered. Staff are real nice and helpful. However overall it is like almost every other Mexican Restaurant in Frankfort. Just ok but I'll still go back.
