We went by on a Sunday afternoon not very busy only two or three patrons. We ordered two bowls of steamed mussels, and more than half of the mussels were unopened and the shells were dirty as if they had not been scrubbed. This is typical of a third grade restaurant not a restaurant that claims exclusivity like the "Le Mouln De Grove."
Mussels become toxic to humans soon after they die....
I love it, the waiters are hot and the chefs are so cool, they'll custom make you an awesome salad or crepe. they have good onion soup too it's cheesy.... delicious. escargots are miami's and maybe USA best! Great prices on Wines! it's an unforgetable experience. dont accept the imitation accross the main hayway of coconut grove sidewalk.
The owner screamed at us! of course we didnt want to stay and received a muche better treatment right accross at Le Bouchon du Grove... Love that spot but I wait to return whenever they sale the business to a more polite owner!!
In the years that I have lived in Miami, I never went to this restaurant and after having tried it today, I wish I never had. The food, horribly overpriced for what it is. The quiche, terribly salty.
