Tried Le Chocolat Bar while in downtown Naperville today. When we went in the place was busy but we found a table right off. The interior and decor were nice and the place was lively. This was the second time I have attended a group function at this establishment. I was very disappointed in the service to say the least. This place needs to be straight with the customer regarding reservations group functions and gratuity. I was very disappointed. To say the service was poor would be a compliment; it was non-existant. The place was almost full when we arrived which we mistook as a good sign - busy restaurants usually have great food and service that's why they are busy.
