Horrible customer service and even FAR worse toner quality. I've personally had to order large quantities of cartridges at a time over the past year.
4 times total before getting permission to use someone else. Examples; 13 out of 28 toners were bad. Leaked inside of our machines, left lines down extremely important papers, wouldn't print at all due to "bad chips", would only print 1/2 pages,...
