The service department is horrible! Use the Larry Miller locations for service. I bought my diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and that experience was not bad. I've owned it for almost 2 years and never had an issue. Decided to bring it to get an oil change and the inspection that goes with that. ...

Easily the worst car buying experience that I have ever had. Sales manager that I dealt with was very unprofessional. Signing of the papers was a mess. I had to keep calling them for updates when they should have been calling me. Probably the last time aI buy a vehicle here.
