Honest, very timely arrival at an inconvenient time and with very short notification by me, and clearly explained problem and necessary solution. I have used Lawson several times over the years and will continue to do so.

terrible service

They charge 250 bucks to show then when they tell you they will be at your home, they don' t show. When you call them, they tell you a different story. I will never use them again.

Bad Customer Service

If you're on time schedule Lawson Electric's Customer service is bad in the Chattanooga, TN area. An EPB representative informed me I needed service work done on my meter box. EPB gives 30 days to have repairs done. I called Lawson Electric that same day. A representative came out that day. It's been two weeks and I can't get a proper time scheduled from these guys to come out. Every time I've...
