NEVER EVER go here! I'm trying to spread the word. They over charged me and did not refund my payment. The office manager will not return calls. I was told I had a cavity and cracked crown which a 2nd op revealed was incorrect.

The staff changes like underwear. They overcharge customers and don't even bother to tell them. I had Cigna Insurance file a claim and dispute against this office and come to find out that they don't even have the bills that they sent to the customer not even proof that we paid, BUT I have proof. Never didn't they mention to have the money refunded, the only thing the Regional Manager said is...

Dr. Cibirka and his staff are nothing short of amazing! In addition to world-class services , the level of compassion and personal follow-up is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Lawrenceville Dental Associates! They are THE BEST!

The dental work is wonderful, I do not dispute that. The office staff is ridiculous. They are argumentative. They lie. They fail to notify. They try to shift blame onto others, even the doctors. I do not understand why they haven't been replaced. So many need jobs and these people clearly don't want theirs.
