Horrible! Needed a form signed due to the state of Massachusetts NEW laws for inspection stickers and his exact response to me was "what the **** do you want me to do?" SO unprofessional and an absolute waste of my time. Not to mention he basically works out of his house. Its dark, dirty and gross. Looked like he just rolled out of bed himself.
