Help us make it rightIt’s near impossible to get someone on the phone, and if you do, they are rude and disrespectful. The person I spoke to interrupted me frequently and just sent me to a voicemail in the middle of me trying to explain that I needed to talk to someone about a referral for a specialist. To give you some background knowledge, this is my first pregnancy and they just found an abnormality, so I need further testing to be done in a timely manner. Instead of helping me through this difficult and overwhelming process, they have made it harder, and very very stressful for me. This office has done absolutely nothing to show me that my health and my baby’s health are of any importance. Do not go here!
