High cost of care. Unprofessional registration staff who were very rude and even swore while on the phone with me for pre-op billing. The surgeon was great, the PACU RN was great, and the PCT was very kind. The anesthesia consent was "witnessed and signed" prior to my signature and the anesthesiologist's. I'm sure that's not exactly legal. Also, my baby (the patient) got a serious tracheal...
