I would also give MINUS stars if I could. He seemed like a nice guy, gave me a reasonable quote, came out as scheduled and did what seemed like a good job spraying my trees to prevent fungus problems. 2 days later, every leaf on every Aspen tree he sprayed was wilted & full of black spots. He came out, surveyed the damage personally & tried to tell me that the problem was systemic in the trees...
I had the same problem. The lady I talked to on the phone was very rude and just wanted more money. I called within two weeks of application and was told to wait a couple more weeks for the weeds to die off. When I called back the same rude lady said it was past the warranty and I need to pay for a retreatment. What a crock! I would give a lower rating if possible.
I give no rating because there is no customer service. Lawn world did NOT honor their warranty, or customer satisfaction agreement, they will charge you full price to come out and water your lawn.
