Zero customer service.....hard to get on the phone, does not return calls....does not do what they say that they will do....Lee (owner) is arrogant, and condescending, makes unprofessional comments about your system, and does not show up when promised. Rather than discuss any issues he races away in his truck....Their "service contract" is a bait and switch! DO NOT use this company.

Hire at your own risk
One month and 3 missed appointments later and I am still waiting for Lawn Sprinkler Tech to return to my home and complete the work they were hired and paid to do. They left me with a 15 foot trench by the side of my driveway and one of the sprinkler heads they moved is leaking water. In 2 weeks my water bill doubled and I am not looking forward to my next bill. Despite my repeated calls and their assurances that they would come to my home and finish the work they started and were already paid for, I have received nothing but empty promises and skipped appointments....

I thought they deserved all 5 stars. Lawn Sprinkler Tech had to put in a sprinkler head and fixed a broken sprinkler head. They did a great job and had good availability to do the work.

Tried to call for a repair and got a recording that the number was out of service. Called from work to check again and the call went right thru. Asked to speak to Lee and informed he was only available on radio - was working in Macon that day. REALLY? In today's day and age you can only reach him by radio - I doubt it. So I asked for a call when he got back - no call to date. I check with...
