Disappointing. Buyer beware!

I called several firms to help me with my patchy grass and ultimately landed on Lawn Doctor due to their ability to come quickly and their price. What a disappointment! They came to my home one time for 10 minutes to aerate and overseed. I just received a bill for $211! I called to see if they would come back as none of the seed has grown and was told that they could sell me another treatment for an additional $400! Essentially I paid $200 for an aeration that I could have gotten for $30.00. Buyer beware!!! They're not interested in making your lawn look better, only selling more visits!

Never Again

Bought a Groupon for a first time service. Supervisor came out fertilized and told me what needed to be done. I called back and told them to go ahead with the service. Two men came out at the end of the day and put bug repellent and did early summer service. Next day lawn was burnt. Called and complained, supervisor came and said their service did not burn grass. Basically called us liars. Said they did not use handheld spreaders but both men had hanheld spreaders. I could go on and on but there is not enough room. I would not recommend them just because I got no satisfaction to the problem and they seemed very indifferent to correcting the problem. DO NOT USE.

I just cancelled our service. Customer service has been great. They have provided accurate dates that they will provide treatments which is also great. Here's the problem; Lawn Doctor touts...

They keep harassing me by phone, even though I have told them I am not interested in their services. Don't even start with Lawn Doctor, or you will have a phone annoyance for life.
