If you wanted to die in the prison and you had too much money to burn out,

I am a inmate of California prison. I paid lawyer Michael L Guisti $35,000 in advance for filing of my habeas corpus, but he never has a will to file habeas corpus in the first place. I was life term sentenced by DA's misconducts and corrupted private lawyers' ICA. The lawyer Michael L Guisti inhumanely never care that my life end up to die in the prison, and he just wanted my family's money. He didn't want to accuse DA's misconducts or IACs on my writ, but he took money in advance, then he he hasn't worked at all. Habeas corpus never would be granted without IAC and misconduct issues, but he didn't want to attack DA or other lawyers at all. Then he has delayed my case forever with endless excuses until I give up my $35,000 and filing of my habeas corpus. Habeas corpus usually take 4- 5 months, but he has spent over 9 months without any providing me with his a product of work or legal advice. He also tried to over the deadline of my writ in order to hinder my filing on time. If you would pay and hire lawyer Michael L Guisti, I could guarantee that you will lose your life in the prison and your money. Never hire any lawyers, including Michael L Guisti, without a their background review. A lot of crooked lawyers will take advantage of your lacking of legal knowledge for extortion of your money. If you wanted to die in the prison and you had too much money to burn out, you could hire Michael L Guisti in Garden Grove, California.

Do not go to this guy! He will take your money and will not even show up to court with you. Then bs you about he already talk to the clerk there's nothing to worry. And tell you he going to update with you of what happen yet never update, no return your calls and leaver you clueless. When you ask for your money back because he didn't do anything to help with your case. He will pull out bs tricks that he charges 400 something an hour and take your money without doing any work for you. Don't fall for his sweet talk , this guy is unprofessional. My son was hanging out with the wrong crowd. Did a robbery he was the only one arrested. He was looking at a 9 year sentence, with 2 felonies and a it would have been a first strike felony. If your looking for an Attorney I highly recommend Michael Guisti! All the other Attorneys that I had contact with wanted your money but Michael was open, honest and understanding. He was patient and took the time to give me all the different facts and options. He did not rush me into making a decision. Michael is very patient with all my anxiousness and fears which I appreciated.
