Bit overpriced for good, but not excellent

Creme brulee was excellent. Duck was OK, I've had better. Steak was OK, I've had better Bread was unimpressive. Service was fair and considering that this isn't priced as at Applebee's pricing, I expect my water filled, coffee to be full, etc. It was fine, she took order, delivered food. Nothing special. Disappointed in service level. The location is very nice, quaint, and quiet.

We tried this place on a whim. It is off the beaten path and has a very continental menu. The service was great and the food was served HOT. It was quiet. We tried the duck, salmon and shrimp and creole sausage over spinach. All three meals were great.

Two of us had th3e shrimp and andouille sausage with spinach and two had the duck. Everyone enjoyed their dinners, immensely.

Lovely Location & Great Food

I was looking for something local, fresh and different and I found it! Such a lovely, old Florida setting, sitting on the front porch under the ceiling fans as the evening cooled. The shrimp entree (over spinach) was delicious. The starters so generous and the warm bread so good we almost didn't have enough room for our entrees. We will be back! Often.
