8 a.m. June 20th: I typed a copy of my mom's obituary and took it to your employee, Khalid, at FedEx Office 415 E State Highway 114 in Grapevine, TX. I also took a color picture of my mom to him. I told him I wanted the obituary in a "book form" with the picture on the front. I informed Khalid that I was leaving at 7 a.m. the next morning as the funeral was being held in Oklahoma. Rush job...

I come in usually late at night and Amy is always there to help me. She does amazing service and is very knowledgeable about which machines to use and the paper quality. I really appreciate her help when I come on because I'm not the most tech savvy. She helped me print some pictures to give to my grandmother as a gift.
