been good. few challenges with water leaks over the years but all fixed. there was an initial issue with the kitchen sink. It was leaking to the basement. I called in. the staff came and fixed it. The second time, the neighbors toilet overflowed and they left for weekend. When I came downstairs and found my basement carpet wet, I know there was an issure. and lastly with an elbow joint busting...

My husband and get lost lookign for houses and found this one and knew it was home! Awesome staff and awesome place to live! The kitchen is very modern and up to date. The living area is wonderful wth excellent natural light. The tub in the master bath sold me. And if that's not enough the gym and other amenities are excellent!!

The management team and maintenance staff are super! The monthly socials afford an opportunity to meet neighbors. The events are coordinated. The bathtub in my unit is hard to clean.They need reglazing and recaulking. The units lack storage space. Neighbors upstair are extremely noisy.

It's wonderful so far. The staff is pleasant and efficient. The facility well cared for and attractive. I would recommend it. Any questions I've asked were dealt with quickly nod with a minimum of fuss. The worst thing is needing 33 more characters to submit!

I moved here about a month ago and it's beyond perfect. The staff was so welcoming and helpful even when I didn't know what I wanted. Although the apartments back up to I-95 I never hear any noise from the busy roadway. The neighbors are nice and I'm extremely happy that I will be living here for the next year (at least!)
