Bed Bugs and scorched clothing

After Waiting a extra day for delivery i was finally given my clothing back with BED BUGS! They promised to somehow 'fix" the problem, apparently they thought blasting the clothing in a drier will work?? Nope the white shirts had been scorched so bad there was brown spots/lines all over shirts and a aweful burned smell i did not even accept the clothing back as i showed them it was destroyed! I was told no refund will be given and to read the policy they had! Nice policy destory your clothing pay $$ for it getting destoryed and then telling me im out of luck and to leave or i will be "trespassing"!!! NEVER EXPECTED THIS!

This laundromat is buy far the cleanest in Staten Island. The pick up and delivery service is always on time.I would highly recommend this laundry service.

This place gave my 32 pounds of nice clothing BED BUGS, then told me that it was MY problem! When i demanded a refund i was told to review the policy they had that does not cover refunds and was HUNG UP ON! I will have to file a civil suit because i go to work and have nice prada jeans and versace shirts and now its RUINED! Learned my lesson!

The employes are very friendly and there drop off service is great .I have also used them for pick up service and they were always on time and there prices are very fair.. The Laundry is always super clean I would highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning and laundry needs.

Employees are nice. Really helps that they are multi-lingual. However the increase in prices have forced me to go elsewhere as well as other customers.
