COSI one of my favorite restaurants but it's time for an upgrade. The one on King St in Alexandria in particular, needs serious furniture replacement or cleaning; seems that all the cloth furniture is dingy and spotted; often in the mornings (esp weekends) where a customer places their food order is across from where payment is made, traffic jams occur....it's really a headache.
