Truly charming apartments. Privately owned gated community. I have lived here since 2008. Well maintained and clean. No gym membership needed living here since its remodel. Beautiful pool with two gas grills close by. Two laundry rooms centrally located. Oh and a sauna! There's a leasing office on-site and the team will see to all your needs. Great place for singles and small families....

I have lived at Las Casas for the past year and it has been a great experience. Terry the manager is absolutely amazing and always super helpful. All the staff around the complex are very friendly and always willing to accomodate your needs. I was in a studio which was quite spacious for one person and had everything I needed for my first apartment in the area. The only reason I am moving next...

This place sucks! it might be affordable but the managment is very rude and disrespectful! They say you cant have pets but the guy next door has 30 birds in his studio. Theirs two sex offenders that also live in the complex. They say no pets but they our sex offender friendly!! Dont move here , cant wait till my lease is up this place is horrible!

This is one of the worst places I have ever lived. It is on the border of Santa Ana and Tustin. Almost every night you will see police cars patroling or on a stake out disguised in their all white???
