Las Canarias Restaurant Review

A new chef has taken charge of the kitchen at this elegant enclave, and there have been subtle shifts in the menu. "Excellent scenery" from the tables overlooking the River Walk make this romantic New American in the Omni a locals' choice for "date nights" or "special occasions"; add in an "innovative" menu and "exemplary" service, and it really "stands out on its own", even as a hotel restaurant.

The historic La Mansion del Rio hides a restaurant of unusual standards.

Perfect birthday celebration with top drawer service and superb cuisine. The flamenco guitar added to the ambience and enjoyment. Thanks to Ulysses and the entire staff for a wonderful evening.

Best brunch in San Antonio, maybe Texas. Ask for Braquun, best server in San Antonio! You will not leave hungry or thirsty! I give my highest recommendation.

Very nice restaurant with great food and outstanding service. There is limited seating outside but it is really worth it if you can get it (and the weather is nice of course). Highly recommend it - really nice (but a little pricey FYI just be prepared).
