Dr. Lipshultz is an amazing Dr. I can not say enough good things about him and his office staff.
However, Baylor is HORRID to DEAL with, You can not contact your Dr directly you need to go through there switchboard and they require you to validate who you are every time. Trying to make an appointment is Horrid. Dealing with Baylor is HORRID Dr. Lipshultz & Amy is amazing!!
Terrible office and staff. Wait several days for a call back for an appointment. Staff is rude and full of excuses for their ineptitude. Dr Lipshultz himself is fine I guess but dont expect anyone in the office to genuinely care about you as a patient. I would absolutely not recommend this practice.

Helpful, staff is top notch and messages do make it to the correct department. Asks enough questions to satisfy needed information. Would not go anywhere else.
