God-send auto mechanic

I was stranded at a rest area 10 miles outside of Salem after getting my car repaired in San Francisco and headed north. I got my car towed to Larrondo's and this was the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. Carolos ran the diagnostic on my car and found that the shop that had fixed my car in San Francisco had put a bad part in and this caused another part to go out in my car. They were able to get the parts for my car and fix it the next day and got me back on the road. He also fixed a leak in my oil pan for me. I have to say that I was a little stressed from being stranded, but Carlos and his wife made me feel comfortable and the fact that he fixed my car for me and saved me $1100 made it essentially stress-free and I drove the 600 miles I needed to get to my destination and my car is still going!! Thank you so very much!!!

The MOST horrible experience I've ever had!!!
RIPPED off for $3600 dollars!!!
Carlos Larrondo was COMPLETLEY inept in performing the repairs to my vehicle!!!
These folks also tend to be shall we say, UNTRUTHFUL!!!

I highly recommend Larrondo’s Auto Center. I’ve gone there twice now and have been pleased with their service each time.
