I have received service from them about 4-5 times. Each time I have watched how they treat people of color differently. They are rude and dismissive to those paying customers. With other customers there are polite, engaging and friendly. The tech name Le's f****g up my eyes browns

She was rules & commanding . She's new at Lans I never see her before. I couldn't understand her nor she could understand me either. This place used to be nice & friendly . I'll never come back

Absolutely NO experience in eyelash extensions...Go to a professional when it comes to your lashes...These women have no clue!

Spent 120.00 on lashes. In 4 days I had to stop by twice because a lash was barely hanging on. After 6 days, the lashes looked terrible, missing lashes here and there. Went in to have them removed and I have no lashes now....The women are very nice, but clearly have no real experience in lash extensions.
