I've been going to Lan's for years. I USUALLY receive very good service and my nails look great. However, its only fair to be honest with my rating. There have been times when they are busy and there's only two tech's in the salon & she's done a really crappy job on my acrylic nails because she's trying to hurry and finish with me to keep her next appointment from waiting. Made my hands look like a complete mess. Nails fell off, chipped, broke within one week of getting them done. The Solar nails! I have pics on FB. No refund, just offers to redo them. Sorry, if they look this bad, why would I want them redone? Please save youer money. What made it worse is that this was a present from my daughter to me. Very sad.
