Warner Center location

Ate at the recently opened Warner Center location. Great service and wine list (with some very reasonable selections price wise). Classic American steakhouse cuisine with some interesting variations. I had a huge pot of mussels that were deeeelicious.

Landmarc Restaurant Review

Landmarc offers contemporary bistro fare with Italian and French inflections in the heart of TriBeCa. Chef Marc Murphy, whose résumé reaches from Monaco's famed Louis XV to Le Cirque, and his wife opened this cozy eatery. They continue to please regulars with their menu of back-to-basics fare enlivened by expert saucing. A feisty Dijonnaise, for example, perks up plump mussels while zingy...

California phenom makes a home in Tribeca, where fashionable chicks can slap down a pair of twenties in exchange for fashion-model-quality locks. DryBar's secret is that it keeps it simple. No cuts, no coloring, no aromatherapy (we hope), just washes and blowouts and you're on your way to the bars and restaurants just a few stilettoed steps away. They call it a "Blow Dry Bar," but there's no...

Tribeca dining defined. No reservations taken at chef Marc Murphy's haven for discerning culinary heads. Industrial-looking space with an open brick oven keeps us warm in the snow. Choose from five types of steak, served with crisp, ass-kicking French fries. Great deal, open late, deserves its self-proclaimed champion status. We're loving on the marrowbones and goat cheese profiteroles.

In the mood for a French-Italian Steakhouse? Try Landmarc, chef Marc Murphy's elegant restaurant in Tribeca. With its no-nonsense attitude, excellent and extremely reasonably-priced wine selection, Landmarc consistently delivers. With classic appetizers from French onion soup to foie gras terrine and fried calamari, some unusual surprises like grilled octopus and braised pork belly are equally...

Sharp American cooking and a remarkable wine list add up to one outstanding neighborhood restaurant in Tribeca.

Horrific; was nice a decade ago

This used to be a decent restaurant, albeit overpriced. Now it is loud, loud, loud, and the service doesn't exist. Rude, slow wait staff that deliberately ignores the customers. Somehow, they make you wait and plead for service, but still rush you out. Th

Needed to send steak back twice for medium order, this is a steak place right? Blasé service and the bathroom was a mess. Neither the bread nor the goat cheese profiteroles were warm. I've had better at the landmarc at Columbus Circle.

Had not been here for over a year. Was hoping for a great steak tartare...alas it was returned to the kitchen. Perhaps an off-evening. Still good service though.

Where to Sit: There's another, usually more quiet, dining room upstairs which features a nearly enclosed booth that seats up to seven.

What to Drink: The exciting wine list features interesting bottles and low markups. Try the superb Bethel Heights pinot noir from Willamette Valley ($36). No wines are offered by the glass, but half bottles ($10-$20), are available.
