This is a family run business with great customer service. We went there to purchase a new storm door as the lock on our old one was broken and the five locksmiths we contacted no longer carried replacement hardware for our custom made, high end door. Everyone told us that we would have to replace the door at considerable expense. We left the door with Landis Building Service to be sure that the right size was ordered. They called us the day after we left the door to say that one of their workmen thought it was a shame to spend $400 on a custom replacement door if replacement hardware could be found. He looked around for something that would work and found a handle and lock that fit and looks great. The $50 charge saved us a ton of money. Great people who provide great and thoughtful service.
