I called Landers for a washing machine that was leaking. They were able to fit me in the same day and the tech (Steve) was very nice and knowledgeable. He troubleshot the problem and when he was unable to initially replicate it, he asked me questions which led him to the issue. They do charge a service fee of $99, but I thought it was reasonable for what he did.
