I opened this account about 5 years ago, the staff was A1 always joyful when you come in and no issues. About 2 days ago my card stopped working out the blue, due to non payment on a loan. No payment info has ever been sent, no 15 day late letter, no 30 day late letter, best of it the loan account was never able for me to pull. On top of the rep in the bank lies and says she spoken to me when...
