Terrible communication, no organization what so ever. Lots of problems and no one with any solutions. And very consistent. I would not recommend them.

Overall building experience was pleasant except for the electrician, he was completely unprofessional. The most disappointing aspect of building a home with Lancia for us was the finish and detail work. Follow through for concerns was also very poor. We did work with many professionals who were great at their job but there also were several crews who provided subpar work and individuals who...

The worst, after our house was built they didn't care anymore. Our yard was suppose to be put in 2 months ago. They are refusing to do it and told us to find our own yard company and they would give us $800. Rain isn't a good excuse, 7 yards in my addition have been put in this spring. Don't use them to build your house!

Is everything suppose to fall apart before 7 years? The wood flooring is coming up. The shower leaked through the kitchen ceiling, the plumber said they didn't seal it correctly and that's why it leaked. Our screened in porch needs redone already.
