Bought a fancy lamp from a design consignment store in San Rafael and was told it just needed a new bulb. Bough new bulbs, but the lamp didn't work. Instead of returning to the furniture place, stopped by the Lamp & Shade Shop to diagnose and see what might be the issue, as I couldn't just buy another …
