Fairly decent, cockroaches freaked me out.
Most people had problems with the old outdated trailer plumbing parts (can't be re-
placed, just rigged so it will work), I had only 1 problem my last year. Decent furniture for those w/o furniture. Hope it has been remodeled!!!!! Parking lot leaves a lot to be desired -- lots of clunkers in this lot RIGHT BY PARK LANE APARTMENTS

Overall a good place to live

managers and owners have improved the property over the last few years

lived there for a year and had to move out of town for work, but i would move back if i come back to amarillo, tx

Great place to live

I have lived here the last 2 years, and I can tell you the management is great!
The owners have put a ton of money the last 2 years into investing in the property, new parking lot, new fence, new landscaping
the newly remodeled apartments include new hardwood flooring, new appliances, new cabinets, new counter-tops, new paint and ceiling fans in some!

Overall, a pretty good apartment community experience!

The manager is great! She goes out of her way to help, and the ownership is local, so if you really need something you can talk to them.

Rent is reasonable. The apartments are older, but clean and nice, AND THE UPGRADES ON THE NEW UNITS ARE AWESOME

New counter tops, hardwood floors, appliances, backslash etc
