Please check kudzu.com & the BBB before you book any event with this facility. Cynthia Holt, the managing partner and chef of Rustic Gourmet, verbally assaulted me over email days before my wedding. She has cashed my deposit BEFORE my event and has since refused to return my $500. She changed my rehearsal 3 weeks before the wedding. She changed our wedding setup time 36 hours BEFORE the...

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service

Sadly, I didn't see the warnings about the security deposit until after my event. It's been 30 days & Lambert still hasn'ot returned ours. Take note, Cynthia conveniently includes your security deposit in the total of your final bill so she cashes that check (&TAKES your deposit) BEFORE your event. But worse than that is her behavior.
