Our pizza crust is made in-house with a blend of local whole wheat and organic flour and we use extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs and vegetable. Each dish is prepared to order, therefore it takes a little time but be assured it will be fresh. Many of our ingredients come from our garden in the back or from right around the corner at Kaufman Park.
