Damage and Denial!!!

I took my classic 1967 Buick in for alignment and additional work. Price quoted was on the high side but I authorized the work. When I picked up my car they added additional cost (taxes) understandable but was not mentioned when I asked for the total costs. Here it where the real trouble comes in, I have the engine compartment clean so I looked when I picked my car up, the fiber covers on the inner fender control arm openings were ripped open! badly torn. When I informant them or this I was met with an argument. They said that they were already that way, NOT SO!!! While they were not perfect they were destroyed when these guys got finished. No apologies, no settlement just denial, I will never go back and I will not recommend them.

What a good experience. Keith was able to get me in quickly and did a great job aligning my GX 470. Stevenson and Kuni are fired. Enough of their fluff. It's really nice dealing directly with the mechanic not some stuff shirt service writer. Thanks Keith.
