I lived here in 2007. The apartments were either being redone or had just been redone and the apartment i moved into had just been finished - - it had new cabinets, fresh carpet, and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment itself was a little small but I guess about average as apartments go. We had no real patio, because ours backed right up to the sidewalk, and the parking was pretty far from our door plus the parking lots had not been paved in a while....and the mailboxes were in a fairly inconvenient spot, all the way at the front of the complex, and not very close to the office...
