Not very happy with this company. They sent an unfriendly repair guy out last year (2008) to fix a broken 4 year old water heater. It lasted a year. Nice guy who fixed it this time said the same part as was replaced last year went out again. I saw the old part after it came out and it looked inferior or used. New guy said it wasn't a Sears part which should have been used since the water heater...

The female technician, Beth, who took our calls was rude. We were told by a nice man around 9:30am that a plumber would be at our house in a couple of hours then 2:30pm rolls around and no one has shown up or called.
