The staff knows their products and is well educated on fitting your glasses. They have a good selection of frames. The reason for only two stars is they are SLOW! Their webpage says an hour for single vision and 3 to 4 days for bi and tri-focals or progressive lenses. I ordered mine on 8/1. They would have placed the order with the lab on the 2nd. As of 8/12 I have not received any word from...
