My opinion --- Don't rent from Cedars Lakeside!!!!

The rent was raised after the first lease. They think you will stay there. The staff showed my apartment many times after I gave my notice to vacate -- they became rude when finding out I was moving. Staff and visitors will walk in and all around with their dirty shoes and boots on, even after I asked them to remove them!! I always removed my shoes while being a renter, I told the staff....

When I was shown the apartment, I was told they were going to be remodeling soon. The commons area is filthy with dirty smudged walls and chipped paint everywhere. The carpeting also filthy and thread bear. Two years later they finally started remodeling the commons area.
